*Please bring Identity proof along with you, which you were asked before, i.e. Driving Licence, Passport etc.
*Changes to the origin and/or destination of travel and Customer name changes are not permitted.
*Partial Changes and Re-booking to your reservation will be not be allowed.
*Water Bottle and Blanket is complementary.
*TV/DVD's are the machineries and may not work sometimes due to technical problems, so we reserve the rights of operating.
*If you Cancel reservation before up to twenty four (24) hour prior to the scheduled departure time, we will refund you Rupees 350 per person, per segment per event.
*If you Cancel reservation before up to Fourty Eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled departure time for a fee of Rs 200 per person, per segment per event.
*We are not responsible for any accidental loss.
*All disputes are subject to Jaipur Juridiction only.

*You must deposit Due Amount while check in.
*Changes to booking dates are not permitted.
*Booking is non transfferable.
*Extension of booking can be done on pro rata basis subject to rooms availability.
*No amount is refundable in case you don't use package amenities like breakfast etc.
*If you Cancel reservation before up to 15 days prior to the scheduled check in date, we will refund your advances after deducting a 10% Cancellation fees of total payable amount.
*If you Cancel reservation before up to 7 days prior to the scheduled check in date, we will refund your advances after deducting a 25% Cancellation fees of total payable amount.
*No Advance is refundable if you Cancel reservation anytime between 7 days prior to the scheduled check in date to check in date.
*All disputes are subject to Jaipur Juridiction only.

*You must deposit Due Amount while check in.
*Booking is non transfferable.
*You can change / cancle schedule of tours anytime before 7 days of first tour without any additional fees.
*You can change / cancle schedule of tours anytime up to before 7 days of first tour with 20% additional fees of that particular tour.
*If you cancel any tour when first tour is less then 7 days far, Advance paid for that particular tour is not refundable.
*We are not responsible for any accidental loss.
